And everywhere, you will find intricately carved temples.

Sanur is a seaside town in the southeast of the island of Bali. Its long stretch of beach offers shallow waters. Colourful jukung fishing boats rest on the sand, backed by a paved cycling path. The Pura Blanjong temple is built from coral and has inscriptions dating from the 10th century. The leafy main street Jalan Danau Tamblingan is lined with art galleries and restaurants.

Nusa Dua is a purpose built area with higher end hotels and nice quiet beaches! Seminyak is busier is terms of traffic and is geared towards those looking for great restaurants, nice villas, beach bars and good shopping!

Ubud is famous for handicrafts, lush green tropical jungles terraced rice fields and Hindu temples and shrines. Shopping, temple hopping and coffee tasting are just a few of the unique things to do in Ubud.
