Recently, World Express welcomed guests to Singapore from Oceania and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, providing offshore excursions that showcased unique sights the country had to offer. Of the special experiences included was the Singapore Cable Car Dining Experience, where guests were brought through a scenic ride along Mount Faber at sunset, whilst served a 4-course private dining experience by award-winning Danish chef Henrik Jyrk. Held a day after Valentine’s, this was certainly an experience that kept the spirit of romance going. 

Another exclusive offshore tour our cruise guests got to enjoy was our Orchids and Tea experience. A two-part affair, guests were first brought to tour the National Orchid Garden to learn about the country’s national flower while immersed in lush flora and fauna. Following that, afternoon high tea was served at The Landing Point, a majestic 13-meter long bar at the iconic Fullerton Bay Hotel. It was a sensory-filled afternoon comprising delicate notes and Singapore’s rich national iconographies.
